With a clear objective to attract global investment and forge international partnerships, Pakistan formally launched its pavilion at the Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) 2025, marking a significant step in showcasing the nation’s growing technological capabilities on a world stage.
The pavilion was officially inaugurated by Deputy High Commissioner and Charge d’Affaires Salman Mehmood, who urged the nation’s top tech firms to seize the opportunity presented by the major international event.
In his inaugural remarks, Mr. Mehmood commended the participation of six leading Pakistani fintech companies, encouraging them to fully leverage the platform to secure foreign capital and build worldwide collaborations, according to a press release issued Wednesday.
He highlighted that Pakistan’s presence at the festival underscores a national commitment to innovation, digital transformation, and fostering cooperation with Singapore’s dynamic financial technology ecosystem.
The Singapore FinTech Festival, running from November 12 to 14, is one of the world’s largest gatherings of financial technology leaders, innovators, investors, and policymakers.
This year’s edition features a vast exhibition with over 600 exhibitors and 41 international pavilions, providing a vibrant environment to explore the latest trends in digital finance and emerging technologies.
Organized annually, the SFF functions as a global hub for collaboration and dialogue, where participants discuss the future of finance at the crossroads of technology, regulation, and innovation.
