QUETTA: Balochistan Governor Mohammad Khan Achakzai, Chief Minister Abdul Quddus Bizenjo and Speaker Balochistan Assembly Ms Rahila Durrani have expressed profound grief over the expiry of senior journalist and Chief Editor Balochistan Express and Azadi Lala Siddiq Baloch.
In their separate messages of condolence Governor, Chief Minister and Speaker have said that deceased was an experienced journalist who struggled for journalistic values and righteousness of truth till last.
Siddiq Baloch they added deceased was associated with Urdu and English journalism simultaneously. During his journalistic career he played role for highlighting challenges confronting country and province, rights of the province and other political and social problems. In his death a bright chapter of journalism has shut and Balochistan has been deprived of a great journalist, writer and analyst. He said seasoned journalists of not only of Balochistan but of Pakistan as well. Vacuum created in his death would take a long time to fill in.
Chief Minister and Speaker expressing condolence and sympathy with bereaved family prayed may Allah place departed soul n eternal peace and grant them courage to bear this irrespirable loss with patience.
