Karachi:Mayor Karachi Waseem Akhtar on Tuesday paid tribute to the services of Madr-e-Millat Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah on her birth anniversary. He said the nation can never forget her services for the struggle of Pakistan and the strengthening of Pakistan.
City Council Parliamentary leader Aslam Shah Afridi, chairman land committee Arshad Hassan, chairman katchi abadi committee Saad Bin Jaffar, chairman charged parking committee Mohammad Mursaleen, chairman E&IP Committee Qaiser Imtiaz, chairman Estate committee Nasir Taimuri, chairperson medical committee of the city council Naheed Fatima, director media management Ali Hassan Sajid and director CSR Khursheed Shah and other officers were also present on this occasion.
Afterwards a parliamentary delegation of city council led by its leader Aslam Shah Afridi went laid floral wreath on the mazar of Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah on behalf of the Mayor Karachi and the citizens of Karachi and offered Fateha.
