ISLAMABAD:According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, more than 6 in 10 Pakistanis say they have heard/read about the incident.

A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “Recently in Sahiwal during a covert operation by CTD four people of a family died. They were accused of being terrorists of Daish. Have you heard or read anything about this incident?

In response to this question, 63% replied in the affirmative, 27% said they had not heard or read anything about the incident, while 10% did not know or did not wish to respond.

The study was released by Gilani Research Foundation and carried out by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, the Pakistani affiliate of Gallup International.

The recent survey was carried out among a sample of 1,142 men and women in urban areas of all four provinces of the country, during 24 January – 28 January, 2019. The error margin is estimated to be approximately ± 2-3 percent at the 95% confidence level.
