KARACHI:Sindh Minister for Labour and Human Resources Ghulam Murtaza Baloch has said that Sindh government is going to present budget for the year 2019-20 on 14 June and this budget will definitely be workers and peoples friendly budget.
Workers and their families will be given maximum benefits and their rights will be protected as well. This he said while talking to various delegations here in his office on Tuesday. He added, ‘Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has directed Sindh government to provide better health care, education and education facilities to the workers and their families, while following the vision of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, we will present peoples and workers’ friendly budget for the year 2019-20.’
Provincial Minister Murtaza Baloch said that Sindh Labour Department was trying to provide better residential facilities to the workers and their families, adding that for better health care facilities, dispensaries and hospitals, under Social Security, were being upgraded and latest medical equipments were also being given to these dispensaries and hospitals.
He told that it is a part of Pakistan Peoples Party’ s manifesto to empower women and labourers, we are doing our best to work for the prosperity and progress of the labour class.
“We will try our best to bring more labourers into registration process and to remove encroachments from Industrial zones across the province in coming budget,”. Baloch concluded.
