The 10th death anniversary of 65 persons who lost their lives in the Karbala Moula Imambargah bomb blast in Shikarpur was observed at Lakhi-Gate Clock Tower Chowk on Thursday.
According to a statement by the event organizers, the victims of the tragic incident were commemorated with a gathering that included Majlis, where religious scholars highlighted the sacrifices made in the suicide bomb blast that occurred a decade ago.
The bomb blast on January 30, 2015, during Friday prayers at the Karbala Moula Imambargah, resulted in the loss of over 65 lives and left several persons injured.
A large number of mourners, religious scholars, and community members paid tribute to the martyrs at the event. Security measures were enhanced for the occasion.
