12 people mauled by stray dogs in Larkana

LARKANA: As many as 12 more people were mauled by stray dogs in and around Larkana and all of the injured were brought to the anti-rabies vaccination center, according to a report on Tuesday.

They were identified as 3-year Faizan, 34-year Wajid, 20-year Faraz, 8-year Ali Raza, 8-year Naeem Ali, 6-year Muhammad Yaqoob, 60-year Muhammad Ali and others.

All the injured people were taken to the ARV Vaccination Center of the Chandka Hospital where their wounds were dressed, anti-rabies vaccines were administered and then allowed to go home.

Dog bite cases have recently recorded a surge everywhere in Sindh but the local bodies department has done nothing to wipe out wandering dogs to save humanity from their attacks.
