128,057 Individuals Relocated to Safe Areas from 15 Districts of Sindh

Sindh government officials have confirmed the relocation of over 128,000 residents from 15 districts to safer locations due to rising floodwaters across the province. Government representative Sharjeel Inam Memon assured the public that the administration is actively providing relief to those affected. He stated that cabinet members, focal persons, and members of the provincial and national assemblies are present in the field to oversee relief operations.

In the past 24 hours, an additional 6,288 individuals have been moved to safe areas. Medical assistance has been provided to nearly 40,000 people through 154 permanent and mobile health camps. Over 5,700 individuals were treated at these camps in the last day.

Livestock have also been affected by the rising waters, with over 9,000 animals relocated to safe places within the past 24 hours, bringing the total to over 370,000. Vaccination and treatment efforts are ongoing, with over 70,000 animals receiving medical attention in the last day, pushing the cumulative total to over 878,000.
