Under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative, 6 kW solar systems have been installed in three police stations of Sibi. The inaugural ceremony was held at the Women Police Station and City Police Station, attended by DIGP Sibi Range, Maroof Masood Safdar Wahla, and Deputy Commissioner Sibi, Major (R) Ilyas Kibzai.
Wing Commander Colonel Zubair, SSP Sibi Akhtar Nawaz, and other officials participated in the ceremony, highlighting the joint efforts to enhance the energy efficiency of law enforcement agencies. DIGP Wahla emphasized the importance of regular monitoring and timely maintenance of these solar projects to ensure their sustainable success and effectiveness.
The aim of the solarization projects is to consistently meet the energy needs of the police stations, thereby improving public service operations. After the initial inaugural ceremony, SSP Sibi Akhtar Nawaz inaugurated the solarization project at the Police Headquarters.
