Unidentified assailants shot dead a man in Chief Chowk area of Kharan on Wednesday.
According to rescue sources, the man was gunned down by unidentified assailants at the Chief Chowk area of Kharan. They managed to escape after committing the crime.
The deceased, identified as Shafeh Muhammad son of Muhammad Karam Yelanzai, was shifted to a Kharan hospital and later handed over to the heirs after fulfilling necessary medico-legal formalities. The incident has created a mourning atmosphere in the victim’s home. Further investigation was being conducted.
