Scorching Heat Grips Balochistan; Isolated Storms Predicted

The Meteorological Department Quetta Regional Center predicts predominantly hot and humid conditions across Balochistan on Wednesday, with partial cloud cover.

Isolated rain, wind, and thunderstorms are possible in Barkhan, Kohlu, Musakhel, Sherani, Zhob, Dera Bugti, Hub, and Ziarat, including surrounding areas, during the evening and night.

Western regions, including Nokkundi, Chagai, Kharan, Washuk, and Panjgur, will experience extremely high daytime temperatures with dusty winds. Very warm nights are anticipated in the plains of Kachi, Sibi, and Naseerabad during the late evening hours over the next 24 hours.

The forecast for the following 48 hours anticipates partly cloudy, hot, and humid conditions across most of the province. Rain, wind, and thunderstorms are possible in Musakhel, Sherani, Zhob, Barkhan, Kohlu, Ziarat, Harnai, Loralai, Khuzdar, Sibbi, Dera Bugti, Bolan, Qilla Saif Ullah, Kalat, Labella, Awaran, Ormara, and Hub districts, and their surrounding areas, during the evening and night. Extremely high daytime temperatures with dust-laden winds are expected in Chagai, Nokkundi, Kharan, and Washuk over the next 48 hours.
