A 24/7 healthcare complaints helpline has been launched in Balochistan to improve public health services. This new helpline can be accessed by calling 1129 and reflects the Chief Minister’s commitment to better healthcare accountability and hospital performance across the province.
This dedicated number will allow citizens to register complaints regarding health services, staff behavior, medicine availability, and other health-related concerns. The Health Department has reiterated its commitment to promptly address public complaints and has urged residents to report issues without fear.
Citizens facing medical emergencies, poor services in government hospitals, or staff-related issues can now directly inform authorities of their concerns by calling 1129. This helpline is part of a larger set of reforms to strengthen the province’s healthcare system, increase transparency, and improve patient experience.
