In a joint effort by the Lasbela District Administration, Police, and the Forest Department, seven vehicles loaded with wood have been seized. This action was taken on the Makran Coastal Highway in compliance with the directives of the Balochistan High Court.
The district administration revealed that a special team from the Hingol Forest Department has been assigned the task of preparing complete documentation of the seized wood. This team is also responsible for ensuring appropriate legal action is taken against the individuals involved in the illegal transportation.
