According to the forecast made by the Meteorological Department on Monday, mostly dry weather will prevail across the country during the next 24 hours, while one should be prepared for cold nights and mornings in the northern areas. Residents of the northern areas should be prepared for significant cold after sunset.
According to the morning temperature report, 15°C was recorded in Islamabad, 22°C in Lahore, 25°C in Karachi, and 20°C in Peshawar. In higher elevations, Quetta recorded 10°C, while Gilgit and Murree recorded 9°C, and Muzaffarabad recorded 13°C.
In neighboring Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, dry conditions are also expected, such as in Srinagar, Jammu, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramulla, while the morning temperature in Leh was a particularly cold 2°C. Other morning temperatures included 8°C in Srinagar, Anantnag, and Shopian, 20°C in Jammu, and 7°C in Pulwama and Baramulla.
