Dry weather forecast in the country, drop in temperature expected late at night and morning in mountainous areas

The Meteorological Department this morning forecast mostly dry weather in most parts of the country, while a drop in temperature is expected during the night and early morning hours, especially in the mountainous areas.

This morning, Islamabad experienced cool weather at 13 degrees Celsius, while Lahore had a slightly higher temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. Residents of Karachi faced moderate weather at 23 degrees Celsius, while Peshawar was at 18 degrees Celsius. Cool weather was noted in Quetta and Murree, both at 10 degrees Celsius, while Gilgit was particularly chilly at 6 degrees Celsius. The temperature in Muzaffarabad was recorded at 12 degrees Celsius.

In the territory of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, according to the weather forecast, cold and dry conditions are expected in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramulla, while dry conditions will prevail in Jammu. This morning, the temperature in Srinagar and Anantnag was 8 degrees Celsius, 16 degrees Celsius in Jammu, and zero degrees Celsius was recorded in Leh. Pulwama, Shopian, and Baramulla each had a temperature of 7 degrees Celsius.
