The hearing of a matter concerning the commercial use of a public amenity plot is scheduled for Tuesday in the Sindh High Court.
This litigation has been initiated by Altaf Shakoor, Chairman of the Pasban Democratic Party, who has filed two separate petitions regarding the property in question. The petitions, CP-D 1082/2025 and P(D) 7897/2022, specifically target the commercial activities taking place on an amenity plot and its community hall located in Kathiawar Society, Adamjee Nagar.
A two-member bench, comprising Justice Yousuf Ali Sayeed and Justice Abdul Mubeen Lakho, will preside over the proceedings. These cases are listed at serial numbers 9 and 20 on the court’s daily cause list for October 21, 2025.
