SP Dolphin Vows Swift Resolution of Officer Grievances to Bolster Morale

In a direct move to address the internal challenges facing the Dolphin Police, Superintendent of Police (SP) Khalid Mehmood Awan today convened a special session to tackle pressing personal and official grievances, emphasizing that the well-being of his personnel is paramount to boosting the force’s morale.

The formal meeting, known as an orderly room, was attended by a contingent of Dolphin Police officers. The session provided a platform for staff members to openly present a range of issues affecting them both professionally and personally before the SP.

Responding to the matters raised, SP Awan issued immediate directives for the resolution of the most urgent problems. For other remaining issues, senior officers were tasked with ensuring they were handled promptly and effectively.

During the gathering, the Superintendent highlighted several ongoing measures designed to enhance the welfare of police personnel. He reiterated his commitment to an open-door policy, encouraging all force members to approach his office with any problem they face for an immediate and considerate hearing.

SP Awan stated that the fundamental goal of the orderly room extends beyond simply fixing problems. “The primary objective… is not only to address the welfare, personal, and official issues of police officers but also to elevate their morale by prioritizing resolutions based on their well-being,” he emphasized.
