Federal Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, Syed Imran Ahmad Shah, today asserted that educational innovation is the bedrock of developed nations, stating that institutions promoting knowledge and critical thinking are essential for a stronger future. The minister’s comments came during a gathering organized by the Beaconhouse School System to commemorate significant institutional milestones.
The event, titled ‘School of Tomorrow XVIII: Rethinking Education – 50th Anniversary Edition,’ marked a dual celebration: the 50th anniversary of the school system and the 25th anniversary of its School of Tomorrow conference series.
In his capacity as the Guest of Honour, Shah acknowledged the educational network for its contributions toward quality learning and creativity.
He voiced optimism that the institution would persist in its efforts to prepare Pakistan’s youth with the necessary skills and perspective to navigate global challenges.
The conference attracted a diverse audience, including prominent educationists, students, parents, and notable figures from social and political circles.
