Open court held in Mirpur Mathelo on the direction of Federal Ombudsman to redress public grievances

On the direction of the Federal Ombudsman, an open court was held in Mirpur Mathelo on Tuesday, Associate Advisor of the Regional Office Sukkur Dr. Abdul Waheed Andhar addressed the issues and issued orders. The event was held in the auditorium of Government Higher Secondary School, aimed at directly resolving public problems.

Representatives from various federal departments, including NADRA, Passport Immigration, SEPCO, and Sui Southern Gas Company, engaged with citizens and promptly resolved their complaints. Dr. Andhar emphasized the Ombudsman’s objective to streamline justice delivery, saving citizens from the hassle of visiting government offices. He highlighted the nationwide efforts to hold open courts to ensure that grievances are addressed swiftly and fairly.
