Pakistan’s top diplomat has engaged with counterparts in Malaysia and Bangladesh to discuss the evolving security and political landscapes in Asia and the Middle East, according to official communications.
In a telephonic conversation, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar and the Foreign Minister of Malaysia, Mohamad bin Haji Hasan, assessed the current state of their bilateral relations, according to a statement issued on Sunday.
The two ministers expressed a shared resolve to fortify cooperation across a broad range of sectors and underscored the importance of continued consultation, agreeing to remain in close contact at all levels.
Separately, Senator Dar held a similar discussion with Bangladesh”s Foreign Adviser, Touhid Hossain, where the two officials reviewed the existing relationship between their nations.
They also reaffirmed a mutual dedication to augmenting collaboration in various fields and concurred on the importance of maintaining close communication in light of the current regional dynamics.
