Allama Iqbal Open University has announced the final dates for its Spring 2026 semester admissions, requiring aspiring students for most programs to submit applications by February 10, while doctoral candidates have until February 17 to submit their applications.
The university’s Sukkur Campus Regional Director, Shahid Khan, confirmed in an official statement on Thursday that the admission cycle had begun at the start of the month on January 1, 2026.
The university is seeking applications across a wide range of academic levels. Opportunities are available for foundational qualifications such as Matric and Intermediate (FA/I.Com), as well as Bachelor’s degrees (BA/B.Com), Associate degrees, and various BS and BBA programs.
In addition to traditional degrees, a comprehensive range of professional and postgraduate qualifications is also being offered. These include teacher training degrees like B.Ed and M.Ed, Master’s programs (MA, MSc, M.Com), and specialized M.Phil and PhD tracks. The portfolio also includes postgraduate diplomas, certificate courses, and professional training.
Further specialized postgraduate options include fields such as Library Science, Tourism, Agriculture, and in-service teacher training.
