Ali Hassan Zehri has been dismissed from his role as a provincial minister, effectively removing him from the Balochistan cabinet with immediate effect.
The termination was formalised through an official notification issued by the Government of Balochistan’s Services and General Administration Department on Thursday.
According to the communiqué, the Governor of Balochistan ordered the removal based on the advice of the province”s Chief Minister.
This action was taken under the authority granted by Article 132 (3) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973. The official directive did not specify any reason for Mr Zehri”s sudden removal from his post.
