In a dedicated effort to enhance road safety awareness, members of the Quaid-i-Azam University’s academic community were given a detailed briefing by the capital’s top traffic official on traffic laws and new public service initiatives.
The road safety workshop held today was organized specifically for the students and faculty of the Department of Sociology.
Chief Traffic Officer Captain (R) Hamza Humayun led the session, and informed the participants about essential traffic laws and the broader principles of road safety.
The participants were also informed about the recent initiatives launched by the Islamabad Police, which are designed to improve convenience for the general public.
