Sindh official’s appeal to celebrate Holi with simplicity in view of country’s situation

Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Sindh, Rajveer Singh Sodha, has appealed to the Hindu community to celebrate the festival of Holi this year with simplicity and responsibility in view of the current situation of the country. While extending greetings, the Special Assistant also appealed for collective prayer for the unity and stability of the nation.

Describing Holi as a colorful metaphor for hope, love, and harmony, Sodha said that the message of this festival teaches to end hatreds and connect hearts. He further said that the festival of colors promotes tolerance, respect, and positive thinking in society.

The Special Assistant emphasized that the protection of minorities and religious freedom are among the top priorities of the Sindh government. He assured that the provincial administration is committed to providing equal opportunities to the followers of all religions and ensuring their protection.

Sodha described the land of Sindh as a symbol of tolerance, brotherhood, and interfaith harmony. He also stressed that respecting constitutional rights is the responsibility of every citizen.

Concluding his remarks, the official acknowledged the valuable role of minority communities in the country’s development and economic stability.
