The price of gold per tola witnessed a staggering increase of Rs 15,300 in the local bullion market on Wednesday, reaching a new all-time high.
Following this significant surge, the price of one tola of the yellow metal reached Rs 494,062.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold saw a substantial increase of Rs 13,117, bringing its new value to Rs 423,578.
This rally in the local market reflects a strong performance in the international market as well, where the value of the precious metal closed at $4,713 per ounce, up by $153.
Meanwhile, the silver market also saw a slight bullish trend, with the price of silver per tola increasing by Rs 200 to reach a new level of Rs 7,984.
