Lahore: President of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Faheem Ur Rehman Saigol, visited Lahore Garrison University, where he was received by Vice Chancellor Maj Gen (Retd) Muhammad Khalil Dar and Dean Dr. Rizwana Bashir. Saigol toured various departments and was briefed on the university's academic programs and research initiatives aimed at equipping students with skills aligned with industry needs.
According to Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Saigol acknowledged the role of Lahore Garrison University in fostering quality education and discipline. He highlighted the importance of a skilled workforce for Pakistan's economic future and stressed the need for universities to emphasize practical training, innovation, and entrepreneurship alongside theoretical education.
