Limited decrease in gold price in the domestic gold market, increase in silver price

Today, a slight decrease in gold prices was observed in international and local markets, following a significant drop the previous day, this limited decrease was noted.

Globally, the price of gold per ounce saw a slight decrease of 43 cents, bringing it to $4,155.57. This minor change came after a more significant drop the previous day, which had drawn market attention.

Locally, the data from the All Pakistan Sarafa Association indicates the same trend. The per tola price of 24-carat gold decreased by 43 rupees, now available at 437,993 rupees. At the same time, the price of gold per 10 grams decreased by 39 rupees, reaching 374,166 rupees.

Contrary to the decrease in gold prices, silver showed an upward movement. The per tola price of silver increased by 16 rupees, reaching 6,972 rupees, reflecting a divergence in the trend of these precious metals.
