This reflects an increase of 6 paisas in the buying rate and a decrease of 4 paisas in the selling rate compared to the figures of July 4.
In contrast, the euro experienced a mixed trend. Its buying price decreased by 11 paisas to reach 318.68 rupees, while the selling price increased by 5 paisas to reach 321.88 rupees.
The British pound saw a uniform increase, resulting in a 4 paisa rise in buying and selling prices, reaching 372.18 rupees and 375.57 rupees, respectively.
Meanwhile, the buying price of the Japanese yen remained stable at 1.71 rupees. However, the selling price saw a slight increase, rising from 1.77 rupees to 1.78 rupees.
The buying price of the UAE dirham remained stable at 75.99 rupees, while the selling price saw a slight increase, rising from 76.54 rupees to 76.57 rupees. The buying price of the Saudi riyal increased from 74.33 rupees to 74.35 rupees, while the selling price rose from 74.82 rupees to 74.87 rupees.
In the interbank market, the US dollar was bought at 278.11 rupees and sold at 278.31 rupees.
