Six people lost their lives in a Suzuki van accident at Beran Gali Khari on Saturday. The unfortunate vehicle was traveling from Beran Gali to Abbottabad when the accident occurred within the limits of the Bagnoter police station.
Four men and two women were killed in the accident. The deceased included Maria daughter of Shabbir, age 25, and Fatima daughter of Sarwar, aged approximately 33 or 34. In addition, Zulfiqar son of Hussain, locally known as Pappu, age 45, Zubair son of Zulfiqar, age 23, Yasir son of Khalil, age 38, and Akhtar, whose parents could not be identified, age 35, were also among them.
A large number of law enforcement personnel are present at the scene of the accident and are engaged in rescue efforts, however, due to the depth of the ravine, the rescue work is facing difficulties.
