KHUZDAR:Deputy Commissioner, Khuzdar, Major (Retd) Bashir Ahmed, has said that all resources would be utilized to maintain law and order situation in the areas falling within the jurisdiction of levies force.
This he said during his visit to levies headquarters, Khuzdar after assuming the charge of the post of Deputy Commissioner Khuzdar on Monday. He issued directives to the concerned authorities to launch a crackdown against terrorists, bandits, miscreants and proclaimed offenders.
He added that those levies personnel, who conducted successful operation against miscreants, would be awarded with cash prizes and appreciation certificates. He said that no leniency would be shown to negligent officials, adding that strict disciplinary proceedings would be initiated against those employees found absent from their duties. Moreover.
Ahmed inspected under construction Tufail Baloch Complex, Control Room, Lockups of Levies Headquarters, Khuzdar and also checked arms and ammunitions. On the occasion, the Assistant Commissioner Khuzdar, Jamil Ahmed Baloch, Tehsildar Khuzdar, Shehzad Zehri, District Incharge, Leviez Force, Ali Akbar Qambrani, Levies Line Officer, Zakir Hasni and other authorities were also present.
