Secretary of Sports and Youth Affairs, Abdul Aleem Lashari, declared the contributions of the Dr. Shah family to sports as unforgettable and announced full support for Karachi Women’s Hockey. He stated that the recent performance of the association is commendable.

During a meeting with Asma Ali Shah, President of the Karachi Hockey Association Women’s Wing, and Secretary Batool Kazim, the Secretary of Sports praised the performance of the Karachi Women’s Hockey Team and assured continued support.

Asma Ali Shah reminisced about the services of Dr. Muhammad Ali Shah and mentioned her ongoing efforts for female athletes. She provided a detailed briefing on the performance of the Karachi Women’s Hockey Team over the past two years and emphasized the need for funds.

The Secretary of Sports praised the performance of the Women’s Wing and assured that the Department of Sports will provide full support to women’s hockey.
