The Government of Balochistan on Monday announced a short-term summer vacation schedule for all public and private schools located in the province’s Winter Zone, with the break set to run from July 18 to August 2, 2026, according to an official notification issued by the School Education Department.
The notification stated that academic activities in all public and private educational institutions across both the Summer Zone and the Winter Zone would recommence on Monday, August 3, 2026, following the conclusion of the vacation period.
According to the notification issued on July 6, 2026, the Secretary of the School Education Department approved the schedule for the short-term summer holidays, directing that all public and private schools in the designated Winter Zone observe the vacation from July 18 through August 2, 2026.
The notification further confirmed that regular academic sessions for all schools, regardless of whether they are situated in the Summer Zone or the Winter Zone, would resume on Monday, August 3, 2026.
