The body of a 35-year-old man was recovered from the Tirkon River near Uthal on Wednesday following a search operation by the Edhi Marine Services team.
The operation was initiated after the organization received a report of a person drowning in the waterway near Nani Mandir.
After recovering the body, the deceased was identified as Vikash son of Vicki Lal.
His body was transported to Civil Hospital, Uthal, via an Edhi ambulance for necessary procedures. The case falls under the jurisdiction of the Lyari, Lasbela police station.
