The body of the wife of Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P)’s “Martyr of the Revolution” Dr. Imran Farooq was received today at Karachi airport by a delegation of the party’s top leadership.
A high-level political delegation, led by the party’s senior central leader Dr. Farooq Sattar, was present at the airport to receive the body. He was accompanied by members of the MQM-P’s central committee.
Leader of the Opposition in the Sindh Assembly, Ali Khurshidi, was also present, while several elected members of the party from the national and provincial assemblies were also with him.
Along with the political figures, family members of the late Dr. Imran Farooq were also present, who had gathered with the party representatives to receive the body.
