JHANG: A cotton factory caught fire due to short circuit in Jhang city on Wednesday. According to rescue sources, a fire broke out in a cotton factory near MCB Bank, Meelad Chowk in the town. The fire erupted due to a short circuit.
Two fire vehicles and an ambulance of Rescue 1122 reached the spot and launched a rescue operation. Highly professional skills of fire fighters fought the fire from different directions and extinguished it. No major damage or casualties was reported. Panic gripped the area soon after the incident.
