DC Lasbela visits Tehsil Kanraj, inaugurates development works

Deputy Commissioner Lasbela, Humaira Baloch, visited the educational institutions of Tehsil Kanraj today, launched a new phase of development projects, and also inspected recently completed infrastructure works.

On Sunday, when the Deputy Commissioner arrived in Kanraj, she was accompanied by Additional Deputy Commissioner Siraj Ahmed Baloch, Duddar Project representative Azeem Khan, Tehsildar Abdul Rehman Lasi, and Deputy District Education Officer Uthal Athar Qureshi.

On this occasion, Ms. Baloch reviewed the construction works completed under the Duddar Project at Government Middle School Sindh. These improvements included the installation of new main gates and a water tank, repair of washrooms, whitewashing of rooms, and construction of a boundary wall. The Deputy Commissioner expressed satisfaction with the quality of the completed works.

The official visit concluded with the formal inauguration of the next phase of development initiatives at Government High School Umar Goth, which have also been initiated in collaboration with the Duddar Project.

The inspection tour also included an assessment of various other government schools, a Basic Health Unit (BHU), and RH Umar Goth as part of a broader review of public service infrastructure in the tehsil.
