Unidentified assailants opened fire on the vehicle of Sindh’s Provincial Minister, Syed Riaz Hussain Shah Shirazi. The attack took place in Thatta, resulting in the death of a security guard who was in the vehicle.
The victim was identified as Rawal Mallah, who was shot in the head and died on the spot. Fortunately, Minister Shirazi was not in the vehicle at the time of the attack; his cousin was in the car instead.
The attackers managed to escape from the scene, and authorities are searching for them. The body of the deceased has been moved to Civil Hospital Makli for further procedures.
