The District Council Sibi has launched a fully computerized system for the issuance of local and domicile certificates from Tuesday, aimed at enhancing transparency and providing significant convenience to the public. This new digital system, which is now active, is directly linked to NADRA’s central network to automate data verification and streamline the entire application process.
The system was formally inaugurated by the Chairman of District Council Sibi, Sardarzada Mir Bejar Chakar Domki, at a formal ceremony. The ceremony was attended by senior regional officials including Commissioner Sibi Division Asadullah Faiz, Deputy Commissioner Sibi Major (R) Ilyas Kibzai, Chairman Municipal Committee Sardar Muhammad Khan Khajak, Vice Chairman Mir Dinar Khan Domki, and Assistant Commissioner Mansoor Ali Shah.
Addressing the attendees, Chairman Domki described the computerized system as a significant step towards public convenience. He stated that the district administration is committed to making civic services more efficient and accessible by using modern technology for obtaining necessary documents.
During the event, the in-charge of the Local Branch, Ali Muhammad Buzdar, gave a detailed briefing on the new digital procedure. He explained that all stages of certificate issuance will now be completed automatically, which is expected to save significant time and effort for both citizens and administrative staff.
