A significant increase in the value of gold was observed in the domestic and global bullion market on Monday, where the price of gold per tola increased by 1,100 rupees while the price of silver per tola decreased by 50 rupees to 7,744 rupees.
After this increase, the new price of one tola of gold became 491,462 rupees.
This trend of price increase was also seen in ten grams of gold, whose value increased by 943 rupees to a new level of 421,349 rupees.
This local change is in line with developments in the global market, where the price of gold increased by 11 dollars to 4,687 dollars per ounce.
Contrary to the increase in the price of gold, a decrease in the price of silver was recorded in the local market.
The price of silver per tola decreased by 50 rupees to 7,744 rupees.
