HUB:Hub police claimed to have foiled the bid to smuggle 23.9kg high quality hashis to Karachi in an operation conducted at Muchki Police picket in Hub area of district Lasbella in Balochistan province on Monday. Two alleged accused, including a woman, were also arrested during the operation.
In compliance with the directives of higher authorities, staff of Police Station Muchki under the supervision of Station House Officer, Police Station, Muchki, Irshad Chaudry and Incharge, Police Picket, Muchki, Ayub Meerani intercepted a suspicious motorcycle No. Kmi-4616 at Muchki Police picket, Hub.
Upon searching, 8.9kg high quality hashish was recovered from one person namely Qaiser, who was riding the bike, while 15kg high quality hashish was recovered from female pillion namely Farzana. Case under narcotics control act was lodged against the alleged accused.
