In a heart-wrenching incident in Okara today, a man ingested poison and also gave poison to his children, resulting in their tragic deaths. The reason for this desperate act was his wife’s elopement with another man.
Muhammad Arif, who resided in Shaukatabad Mor, allegedly mixed poisonous pills in the curry. He and his young sons, Farhan Ali and Subhan Ali, consumed the toxic food. Upon receiving the distressing information, the family was immediately taken to the District Headquarters Hospital Okara. Despite medical efforts, the father and his children could not be saved.
