In a decisive action against online drug trafficking, Darakhshan police today arrested a suspect involved in the sale of illegal drugs “Ice.” This arrest marks a significant success in the ongoing operations against drug-related activities in Karachi.
Acting on credible information, law enforcement authorities apprehended the suspect, Hashir Ali, son of Hakeemuddin, during a sale attempt. Ali was caught red-handed with 24 grams of Ice and money obtained from drug sales.
The suspect was allegedly using modern methods to distribute drugs, primarily managing transactions through online platforms and utilizing riders for delivery services, specifically targeting the Defense area.
In addition to drugs and cash, authorities also seized the suspect’s motorcycle, a Super Power with registration number KLT-6268, which was allegedly being used for the delivery of illegal goods.
A formal case has been registered against Hashir Ali at Darakhshan Police Station, and further legal actions to dismantle his network are actively underway.
This operation highlights the commitment of the South District Police, under the directive of SSP Mahzoor Ali, to curb drug distribution and maintain law and order in the region.
