Lawlessness still prevails in Naundero

NAUNDERO: Lawlessness could not be controlled even after the huge burglary of the house of a retired doctor Saleemullah Shaikh three days ago as unknown armed thieves looted a shop and two other incidents of snatching were reported here on Wednesday.

Danish Bhutto was deprived of mobile phone and cash of Rs10,000, the bike of Waheed Mirani was stolen from Government Degree College and fourth time thieves stole costly material from the shop of Arbab Jakhro. Jameel Jakhro son of Arbab Jakhro said that this is the fourth time that their shop has been attacked by unknown armed thieves for which they informed the police immediately which arrived while whistling a siren. He said after hearing the siren voice the thieves escaped which meant that cops are partners of the criminals as they did not do anything either to chase the criminals or to recover the stolen goods from them. He said that patrolling cops have made millions of rupees assets with the cooperation of local political people which need to be exposed and probed.

He demanded of the IGP, DIGP and SSP Larkana to take stern action against incompetent Naundero police SHO, DSP and patrolling cops and register FIRs against them for their failure, negligence and involvement in criminal acts and to investigate the matter properly and post hardworking officers so that peace and tranquility could be maintained in the hometown of Bhutto leaders.

Meanwhile, police have also failed to make any headway in the mega robbery case of Dr. Saleemlullah Shaikh who was looted of gold ornaments, cash, prize bonds and other valuables costing over Rs one crore despite the fact that SSP Dr. Muhammad Imran visited their house along with political leaders Aijaz Laghari and others.
