MASTUNG:A Levies Force constable was killed and two passersby were injured in a firing incident in Bus Ada area of district Mastung on Thursday.
According to police, unidentified assailants opened fire in Bus Ada area of Mastung, resultantly, constable of Balochistan Levies Abdul Zahir was killed while two passersby sustained injuries. The assailants managed to escape after committing the crime.
On information, police reached the site of the incident and shifted the body and the injured to Nawab Ghous Bakhsh Memorial Hospital, Mastung for completion of codal formalities and treatment, respectively. The body was later handed over to the heirs after fulfilling necessary medico-legal formalities while the injured was under treatment. Further investigation was being conducted by the authorities of concerned police station.
