A five-day training camp titled Organizational and Management Skills, organized by the Nishat Students Welfare and Training Committee, was held in Village Khansahib Abdul Rehman, District Badin, with the aim of empowering youth to play an effective role in their educational, social, and personal fields.
According to a press release issued today by the Nishat Students Welfare and Training Committee, the program featured a diverse curriculum presented by expert trainers and educationists. Participants were trained on a wide range of topics including modern communication techniques, media literacy, teamwork dynamics, strategic decision-making, and effective time management. The training also covered modern professional needs such as the principles of CV writing, presentation skills, and an introduction to artificial intelligence.
In addition to theoretical lectures, the camp emphasized practical application through interactive group discussions, practical exercises, and various personality development activities. The organizers stated that these sessions proved crucial in enhancing the participants’ confidence, practical skills, and overall professional understanding.
The event was attended by the senior leadership of the Nishat organization, including Central President Sohail Ahmed Junejo, Central General Secretary Waqar Ahmed Korejo, and Central Press Secretary Mir Mansoor Ahmed Talpur. An experienced team of teachers and professionals, led by Training Committee Chairman Muhammad Yasin Talpur and Secretary Faizullah Qazi, facilitated the training sessions.
During the closing ceremony, Chairman Muhammad Yasin Talpur thanked the local management team for their sincere efforts in ensuring the camp’s success. The event concluded with the distribution of certificates among all student participants and volunteer workers.
