Quetta: Sardar Ghafoor Khetran, nephew of provincial Minister Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran, was arrested on Sunday in Quetta on the charge of killing social media activist Anwar Jan.
According to detail, Sardar Ghafoor Khetran, nephew of Minister for Communication and Works Department, Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran, was arrested by police in Quetta.
Sardar Ghafoor Khetran was on interim bail in the murder case of Anwar Jan, social media activist. After the dismissal of interim bail, the High Court of Balochistan ordered for his arrest.
It is pertinent to mention that the alleged accused Adam Khan, who had been detained in the murder case of Anwar Jan, had confessed to have received money from Sardar Ghafoor Khetran for the murder of Anwar Jan.
