Javed Haider, the brother-in-law of the central president of Pasban-e-Watan Pakistan, Muhammad Tahir Khokhar, and elder brother of Major General Waseem Haider, passed away after a prolonged illness.
His funeral prayers were held in his native village of Swabi, attended by a large number of relatives, friends, political and social figures, and civil society representatives.
The atmosphere at the time of the funeral was deeply mournful, with tears in every eye. The late Javed Haider was known for his kindness and helpful nature, holding a special place in social circles. His death has left the local community bereft of a sincere friend and a great personality.
Central President of Pasban-e-Watan Pakistan, Sheikh Mukhtar Awan, and General Secretary Muhammad Amjad Bhatti, along with other leaders, expressed their condolences to Muhammad Tahir Khokhar and prayed for the deceased. Various political and social figures from Azad Kashmir and across Pakistan praised Javed Haider’s services and deemed his passing an irreparable loss.
The deceased was laid to rest in his ancestral cemetery in Swabi. Those present at the funeral prayed for the reward of the departed soul and for patience for the family. Prayers were offered to Allah Almighty for the deceased to be granted a high place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and for patience and perseverance for the bereaved family.
