Nawabshah:Nawabshah and adjourning areas braved yet another very hot day on Thursday, when the mercury again crossed the mark of 46 degrees centigrade.
However, the real feel of the heat was more than the recorded temperature and streets and bazaars of the town wore a deserted look. Some sunstroke cases were brought to local hospitals. For last four days whole district Benazirabad including Nawabshah town has been braving scorching heat.
To add insult to injury, the Hesco continued electricity load shedding in the town and surrounding areas, making life of citizens miserable. However, the good news is that the Met Office has forecast rains, which would hopefully give a welcome relief to the heat-stricken masses.
