ISLAMABAD: A meeting was held between the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) Shah Owais Noorani and Ambassador of Azerbaijan Khazar Farhadov here at the Prime Minister’s Office.
The unity of the Muslim Ummah and the challenges faced by them were discussed during the meeting. Shah Owais Noorani said that Muslim Ummah should devise a common strategy to combat challenges faced in modern world.
He also briefed the Ambassador about recent floods in Pakistan which left thousands of poor people homeless. The SAPM and the Ambassador reiterated for stronger ties between the two countries.
