Passenger vehicle falls into river near Azad Pattan, search for swept-away individuals continues

Following the tragic accident of a passenger vehicle near Azad Pattan, the search operation for the individuals swept away in the river is ongoing, which Member of Assembly Sardar Aamir Altaf Khan has directed to expedite. The former minister of the government of Azad Kashmir has described this incident as a painful tragedy that has left the entire region in mourning.

The central leader of PML-N, while speaking to the media today, said that he equally shares the grief of the affected families and assured them that they will not be left alone in this hour of sorrow. He emphasized that complete solidarity will be expressed with all those affected by the accident and that he stands with them.

Sardar Aamir Altaf Khan issued instructions to the concerned authorities, stating that relief activities should be made more effective by using modern resources to search for the missing persons.

He further directed the hospital administration and health department officials to ensure the immediate provision of medical aid to those injured in the accident. He instructed that the injured be provided with the best medical facilities and warned that any negligence or delay in their care would not be tolerated.

Khan said that the loss of human lives in such incidents is a matter of grave concern, and institutions must undertake comprehensive planning to prevent such incidents in the future. He said that such tragedies devastate homes, for which a complete strategy needs to be developed to save human lives.
